About "Sanguinity"
From Chase,
"Ever since I was young, I've always had a negative way of thinking. "I hate this about myself," or "I could never do this," is what I would always say about anything I wanted to be or when I wanted to gain a skill. When I was 10, one of those things was skateboarding.
"Sanguinity," I'd say, is strongly related to the minds of skateboarders. The mentality you need to get back on your board after failing over and over to learn a new trick, or falling over and over, getting bruised up trying to lock into a grind you've been trying for 3 hours. The persistence, the passion, and the ability to steel your emotions very much resonate with a sanguine mindset."
"This honestly changed my whole life. It changed the way I carry myself, my daily routine, and how I think from a boy who once was *******, to someone who wanted to love themself and who wanted to keep pushing and live on. and I want to share it with the masses of the world because I think everybody can do with a little more sanguinity :)."
You always hear from big names when they are asked, "How did you get to the place you are?" and it's always a vague answer: "staying down until you come up," "Always believe in yourself," or "Chase your dreams!"
But it's hard to just "do" that.
Ask yourself, How do you do that? What happens if I feel like giving up?
What kind of mindset do I need to stay on the straight and narrow and reach my goals?...
a Sanguine one.
Sanguinity is another word for confidence, optimism, and determination in the face of all negative odds and situations, no matter what. To think of new pathways. To rebuild yourself when you're falling apart, a sanguine mindset is a tool to clear away doubt when it obstructs your path to achieving something you want to obtain or want to be.
"See the world in an everlasting shine."
"Forever in the air."
